Boardwise demo van at the club. Tried JP Freestyle 99 with Tushingham Wedge 5.7. Early planing and not bad through the chop. Needed some effort to footsteer. Fast planing gybes in the flat water, but I found it hard to hold steady pressure on the edge gybing in the chop.

Later borrowed JP Excite R 110 from a friend. Really easy planing, electric acceleration and good control. Felt fast. Only had time for a short session, but would like to try Excite 100 or FSW.

Lovely afternoon, sunshine, steady wind, good direction - excellent.
